Since I began selling products over the Internet in 1996, I have served thousands of customers and pride myself on being responsive to customer wants and needs. Since that time, I have worked for many high tech companies selling goods and services electronically over the web. Over the years, I’ve learned many things about how customers wish to be treated. Foremost, I do not claim to be something I am not, I own a small company that treats its customers the same way I would expect to be treated, with quality products, fair prices, prompt delivery and good communications throughout the transaction.
